Lovely blouse. To long in the body, but I shall shorten it. Especially like the shirt style without bust darts; very elegant.

Free delivery and returns is very unusual. Customer service is good. I love the ladies clothing, it is always good quality and lots of wool knitwear. I have two problems with purchases now days, I have put on weight and your sizing is not not normally big enough. Also the length of jumpers, cardigans and dresses is not long enough except in a few styles. Your models must all be 5'5" and I am 5'8"

fine except the button used to fasten the front of the trouser was loose and almost came off while using it because the hole is too small and so it only goes through with difficuty. I have resewn it on though could only do it from the front so the thread shows.

Some of my last purchase was a bit disappointing. Trousers marked as size 10 but seem more like a size 12. Ordered a size small top and was sent a size medium. Overall I’m happy shopping with James Meade because I know if anything goes wrong, it will be sorted out quickly.
