Free delivery and returns is very unusual. Customer service is good. I love the ladies clothing, it is always good quality and lots of wool knitwear. I have two problems with purchases now days, I have put on weight and your sizing is not not normally big enough. Also the length of jumpers, cardigans and dresses is not long enough except in a few styles. Your models must all be 5'5" and I am 5'8"

This is a good quality, well-made garment. However, I previously ordered the same garment, in a different colour, in size small and returned it because it was way too big. Whilst this garment in XS is fine for me, it is still a generous fit. I am 64kg and 5' 8"! How do those smaller than me go on? Scientifically, clothes that are big and baggy are less warm than those that fit more closely.

Some of my last purchase was a bit disappointing. Trousers marked as size 10 but seem more like a size 12. Ordered a size small top and was sent a size medium. Overall I’m happy shopping with James Meade because I know if anything goes wrong, it will be sorted out quickly.
