Simple, well-made cardigan which is just as good buttoned as unbuttoned. I wear mine (for I have several) buttoned and cinching my waist, usually to pull in an otherwise loose frock, or to sit on a skirt’s waistband. I have washed my Merino short cardigans time and again on 30 degrees quick wash (I use the normal cycle, not wool), and I dry them flat in the airing cupboard.

This is a lovely cardigan, I do so like the shorter length. Soft, well made and nice fit - the small seems right for me. I had hoped to team it up with the short sleeved jumper to create a Twin Set but sadly the jumper was too long to be able to do that.

They launder beautifully on a 30 degree normal wash, and the buttons are easy to 'operate.' The S suits my 35in bust; and even though I have a fairly large frame,I prefer the neater look of the S.

This is my 11th short merino wool cardigan - I doubt I shall ever tire of them. They are the perfect design for me: simple, lightweight (a good layering garment), beautifully made … and when the deep’ish hem band is pulled up, they sit neatly on my waistline. They are a doddle to wash (and although I use a cool temp, they go into the normal - not wool/delicates - wash); I dry mine flat in the wiring cupboard.

The perfect lightweight cardigan! The length allows it to sit neatly on the waist in a slightly blouson style, or to be pulled straight down to sit on the hips. The fine knit is silky, even after several washings (30 degree cycle, dried flat in the airing cupboard). I have nine of these cardigans because they are such a staple garment.

This is my second cardigan and I am slightly disappointed with the size of the cuffs. They are bigger than those on my first cardigan and have less elasticity to keep them snug. Otherwise the sapphire is a beautiful colour and the fit is perfect. The shell buttons give the cardigan a lovely finish.
